Here’s what Avril’s foster family in Indianapolis, Indiana says about this sweet dog (click here to view more pictures of her):
“Cute, well-mannered, house-broken dog seeks a name and a home. If you love to cuddle and play ball and are looking for some good wholesome entertainment, this is the dog for you. Coming off the streets and into a home without a single hitch, she’s intelligent and playful, but knows when it’s time to settle down. Don’t let her dingo appearance fool you — she’s not interested in eating your baby, but families with children (or other four-legged friends) should meet her before committing to make sure you’re the right fit. While we would love to keep her ourselves, we’re not in a financial position to provide this adorable mutt with the proper veterinarian attention she needs, including an entire overall checkup, shots and spaying. If you’re interested in providing a permanent and loving home and understand the commitment and responsibility owning a dog demands, please contact us through Adopt An Animal.”

Thanks, all. I have a good feeling that Avril will be out of her foster home and into a permanent one soon. Her foster family’s had a lot of fun with her so far, and I think she’d be a great dog for a permanent family, too.
